Everyone seems to be experiencing a massive setback from the lockdowns. We patiently wait for the economy and logistics to recover. In the meantime, there are still a lot of parts and equipment we can’t get in. Availability on items can vary from time to time. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call. Important COVID-19 Information and Nebtek

Dear Customers,

Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers go out to those who have and continue to be so deeply affected by this global health crisis. The COVID-19 Pandemic is currently changing everyday life and business practice throughout our nation and the world.

Nebtek’s primary manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City is going to be mostly shuttered until May 1st. We can safely operate the facility with proper social distancing with a greatly reduced staff.

We will be responding to all requests for orders promptly and will add staff to fulfill orders where possible. Some product’s availability will be limited by our vendor/partners whose businesses are also effected.

All on-site visits have been postponed as we continue to monitor the national situation and evolving governmental guidelines.

UTAH

Governor Gary R. Herbert issued a “Stay Safe, Stay Home” directive to all Utahans today. This is not a shelter-in-place order, but rather the next step in the Urgent Phase laid out in Utah Leads Together plan. This directive seeks to make clear what individuals and businesses should do to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our state and communities.

CALIFORNIA

In California, Governor Gavin Newsom issued a stay-at-home order to protect the health and well-being of all Californians and to establish consistency across the state in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.

This means that we will work from home while our freelance video assist operators are waiting it out with the rest of us. If I can assist in planning your future productions, including REMOTE VIDEO STREAMING, please do not hesitate to ask.

We are taking every precaution with all equipment (including new and repaired gear) shipping from our facility. Equipment will be handled with strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure your health and safety. Nebtek will keep you updated via email, our website, and social media channels with any updates to these important changes to our operation.

During these unprecedented times, we hope the overall impacts are minimal to individuals and businesses being affected worldwide. Most importantly, we are hopeful for the health and well-being of each of you, your families, and loved ones.
